   hot water= open pores
   cold water= close porse
   and mixing coligen with a cup of water hepls shrin your pores

   Well, I like to always have a cup of water or bottle on my desk orwhatever when I’m working. Just try to always have acess to it, and always have a cup of water with every meal. Try to drink at leasy 1 cup a day I know it’s hard!
