  5. Milk and dairy products are not the best choices if you suffer from acne. The enzymes in dairy products cause the body to create excessive amounts of mucous which triggers lymph cells to over work themselves. None the less; causes oil production creating acne.

  8. i have skin asthma and they are ithcy, my dermatoligist recomended me some stuff but, do you think that this theory will work??? not eating too much sweets and excercising.. :/

  9. Try not to drink cow’s milk.. I’ve followed his advice about eating clean.. and it works for me.. If you can afford go to dermatologist to be diagnose and then start the clean diet.. and take supplements which consist of natural 100% vegans.. Try that.. hope that helps..
    I don’t have any breakouts after 3 months of changing my diet to eating more veges and less meat and no cow’s milk instead I drink almond milk.. and antioxidant fruits..

  10. i didnt eat candy in a year, but stil getting a lot og acne. milk and whater only. im trying all the creems on the market, nothing works:-P

  11. Actually, ageing is directly related to water loss in the dermis which stops collagen from working . Diet is useful and so is staying out of the sun. Use sunscreen and do eat free radicals, alpha hydroxy acids are amazing. Highly perfumed creams are horrible for the skin.

  17. i totally agree with you . i juice my fruits and vegetables every morning , i put them through the juicer. its good if your feeling lazy . instead of cooking . i have been doing this for two months and i feel much healthier , more energy, and less stressed out . i put anything in my juicer , fruit or vegetable . cheers from australia . great video .

  25. I don’t have celiac disease. That said, does wheat effect my acne? Azelaic acid, a potential acne remedy, is in wheat, but I’ve also heard wheat can potentially cause acne, perhaps because the person is allergic or has celiac breakups (not me) or because it’s apparently not the lowest glycemic food.
