Don’t use sunblock, use your head. That stuff causes cancer. She admitted that they use a “low level” (16) because “they don’t know…chemicals will do”. Does that sound like using your head?
The sun has been vilified, you NEED it, you NEED a certain amount of UV light on your skin for Vit D3 absorption, many are deficient, that’s why cancer rates continue to rise. Use the sun and use your head. stay out of the noon day sun (10-2). Let early/late sun on your bare skin, start short exposure

I agree totally. I am American and I can objectively say that Americans, for the most part, sound like honking geese.. Loud, brash, very unrelaxed. I think if we all would calm down, and take a lesson from Brigitte there would be far less dependence on Prozac and all those other unnecessary pills.

The reason for ” Brigittes” in this world, are to help us cope with the “Gina’s.”

that’s far beyond relaxing, i bet while brigitte talks the soul leaves the body, she could get you to do anything with that voice and massage, i already feel brainwashed and i’ll use sunblock for a lifetime and ever after

Brigitte has a very calm and soothing voice due to the fact that she’s a francaise. and they all talk very calm and gentle english. Gena on the other hand is american so her voice is little more like she’s shouting. when you get a massage from brigitte and she talks quitly to you i think i’m gone pass out in seconds

I think Im the only person who likes Gina lol. Shes so cute, especially with that frown, and just coz she looks angry doesnt mean shes a mean person. Give her a break guys, she might be a very nice person. I think Brigitte is cute too but I feel like smacking her upside the head and saying man up sunshine. She looks like shes about to faint everytime she talks
Comment by desmoil on 8 December 2009:
Gina looks like an angry, frustrated witch. I wonder how Brigitte has beared with her for so long without losing her smile.

When Bridget talks, it’s like a warm summer breeze. When Gina talks, it’s like nails on a chalkboard.

GINA LOOKS LIKE A MAN
Comment by kathryn120 on 8 December 2009:
Gina looks like a washed up, angry, menopausal woman. I have no idea why someone so uptight would be in such a career. Bridgette is so relaxing.
Comment by desmoil on 8 December 2009:
Listening to Bridgettes`s voice is like visiting a spa.

One only needs about 10-15 minutes of sun exposure to generate the needed vitamin D. So exposing the back of your legs or arms for about 30 minutes should be sufficient (while keeping the face and neck completely protected to prevent aging).
I think zinc oxide is the best sunscreen. At the proper particle size it will not penetrate the skin, while providing full spectrum protection, not as good as Mexoryls or Tinsorbs, but sufficient for daily, incidental exposure.
