these are all good foods for your skin but it takes a while before you notice any difference..the chinese foods like turtle shell jelly and bird spit work instantly…but it tastes really gross!!!

i did hear that soy milk is bad for the hormones and i am unable to drink regular milk, so i have tried almond milk and rice milk and i like them both a lot

Another way to have nice skin is to have a well alkalized body, alkaline foods are (ph balancing foods) that balance the ph levels in our bodies, and try to avoid acidic foods.

I’ve found that soy is bad for your health, mainly for your hormones. I love all the other listed foods though.

beer also has large amounts of phytoestrogens and can cause “man tits”.. BAD
soy contains phytoestrogens, which are not estrogen, but have similar effects on your body. so as a man I really avoid soy
but for you it should be healthy and you can even benefit trust me! ;D ciao
